Hi Joe,
I really like this piece. I enjoyed the repetition in the poem. I like the line, “No more pushing Joe around.” Syntactically, the sentence is super simple — the repetition of the line gives the poem nice consistency. I also like the narrative feel of the poem — the speaker is taking the reader on a journey. The movement in the poem encourages the reader to read on and finish the poem.
The form of this piece works nicely with what you are saying. I like the stream of consciousness feel of the poem. Very well done!

You showed me this 2 days ago and laughed while I read it. Believe it or not I enjoyed reading this, there was a flow that I liked to it. I can’t explain it but maybe it was the repetition you used. When a song or poem uses it to their advantage, it can definitely aid the entertainment and experience. Thank you bass god for this masterpiece.

What are you trying to imply? You can be kinda funny sometimes but, I didn’t know that people pushed you around. Did people push you around or are you talking about cigarettes? I hope that you plan on quitting smoking because it is so terrible for your lungs and your lifespan. If you quit smoking you will increase your lifespan by like 5 years or something like that.

it has a lot of repetition, which is okay but i don’t know if have wrote and kind of poems or raps before but try and expand your mind for more ideas.

I have a couple constructive comments for this, if you split up the stanzas with a space in between it will make the piece easier to read and follow, also, the repetition in this definitely makes you remember the topic but makes it hard to stay hooked. That’s how I see it anyways, but I know that when writing raps you will have a beat going in your head that you follow while you’re writing, I experience this every day when I sit in class nd I just have the impulse to write a line.
